About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team.
This role plays a key part in enhancing warehouse quality performance across JoyBuy UK operations by:
- Analysing performance metrics
- Driving process improvements
- Ensuring effective communication between central teams and frontline operations
The position requires close collaboration with:
- Warehouse managers
- On-site teams
to continuously improve operational standards and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse warehouse quality performance across JoyBuy UK operations, identifying:
- Trends
- Gaps
- Improvement areas
- Work closely with warehouse managers to:
- Drive on-site process improvements
- Enhance operational efficiency
- Collect, interpret, and implement:
- New company requirements
- Policies
- Performance metrics
- Cascade operational updates and quality standards effectively to warehouse teams
- Maintain strong communication with frontline staff to ensure:
- Alignment
- Smooth execution of processes
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor:
- Compliance
- Quality standards
- Operational performance
- Proactively identify:
- Operational issues
- Implement:
- Corrective actions
- Preventive actions
- Track and report quality improvement initiatives and outcomes to:
- Key stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement projects across warehouse operations

About You
Requirements
- 2+ years in one of the following areas:
- Warehouse operations
- Quality improvement
- Logistics
- Related roles
Skills and Proficiencies
- Strong abilities in:
- Analytical
- Problem-solving
- Coordination
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable using:
- Operational systems
- Wide range of platforms (e.g., Excel, WMS, reporting tools)
- Fluent in:
- English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to:
- Engage effectively with both management and frontline staff
- Mindset:
- Hands-on
- Proactive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site operational environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in one of the following areas:
- Warehouse quality control
- Process improvement
- Continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with:
- Warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Performance tracking metrics
- Experience conducting:
- Audits
- Inspections
- Operational reviews
