Morson Edge are currently supporting a leading FS firm in identifying a Operational Resilience & DORA Lead to support the implementation and maturation of its operational resilience framework and ensure compliance with the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
Working across Risk, Technology, Security, Compliance and Operations, you will drive key resilience initiatives, strengthen governance and support regulatory readiness.
This would be a day rate contract (likely outside IR35 tbc), the role would require London presence with 4 days in the city weekly. In return a strong day rate would be on offer. This would be a 4 month initial contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Operational Resilience and DORA requirements.
- Assess compliance gaps and deliver remediation plans.
- Define and maintain Important Business Services, impact tolerances and resilience mapping.
- Coordinate scenario testing and resilience exercises.
- Develop governance, policies, reporting and supporting documentation.
- Support ICT third-party risk, incident management and regulatory reporting.
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide practical guidance across business and technology teams.

Experience
- Proven experience delivering Operational Resilience programmes within financial services or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of DORA and operational resilience regulations.
- Experience with resilience mapping, scenario testing, ICT risk and third-party risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, governance and programme delivery skills.
- Experience within payments or fintech.
