What you'll be doing:
- Lead and enhance the Operational Risk framework across Gas & Power trading
- Assess new business initiatives and support operational readiness
- Drive process improvements and strengthen controls across the trade lifecycle
- Partner with Trading, Operations, Risk, IT and senior stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects and mentor colleagues within Business Operations

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in Gas & Power trading operations or operational risk
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end Gas & Power trading lifecycle
- Experience with ETRM systems and operational workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and managing risk
