Location: Rochdale, OL11 1RY | Salary: £27,100–£28,200 per annum
About the Role

Marston Holdings is seeking an Operational Services Administrator to join its Criminal Fines, Liability Orders and Road Traffic team. This fast-paced and rewarding role involves working with various stakeholders to support operational delivery and drive positive outcomes. No prior industry experience is required—full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
As an Operational Services Administrator, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient operations by:
- Managing a varied caseload to guide cases through resolution.
- Acting as the key point of contact for:
- Clients
- Enforcement agents
- Internal departments
- Investigating queries, resolving challenges, and proposing practical solutions.
- Coordinating activities with external partners such as:
- Enforcement agents
- Auction houses
- Service providers
- Maintaining accurate case records with up-to-date information.
- Supporting operational performance through strong administration and organisation.
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet team objectives and service standards.

Working Arrangements
- Fixed shift pattern:
- Option 1: 6:00am–2:00pm
- Option 2: 10:00am–6:00pm
- Occasional Saturday shifts.
