You will ensure our live operational systems remain resilient, secure, and optimised, bridging ground operations, technology specialists, and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Advanced Operational Support
- Maintain airport systems, devices, and tools through stability management.
- Lead rapid response during disruptions with root cause analysis.
- Proactive Monitoring
- Track system health through dashboards and data flows to preemptively address:
- Service failures.
- Integration delays.
- Risk situations before flight impact.

- Product & Change Enablement
- Facilitate live product upgrades, validating readiness for new airport rollouts.
- On-Call Emergency Support
- Cover critical incidents (Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2)) outside business hours.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise between:
- Ground Operations.
- Regional Delivery teams.
- Third-party technology vendors.
- Liaise between:
- Access & Data Governance
- Secure platform access per strict compliance rules.
- Build data-driven performance reports for continuous improvement.
