The Opportunity
We are looking for an Operational Support Analyst to join our Airport & Ground Experience team. You will ensure the stability, performance, and day-to-day usability of our critical baggage systems across our entire airport network. Managing live operational systems, you will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to keep our operations running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Operational Support & Incident Management
- Provide advanced support for baggage systems, applications, and frontline devices.
- Resolve incidents within agreed service levels and perform root cause analysis.
- Join the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support for P1/P2 critical incidents.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Monitoring & Change Support
- Monitor system health using observability dashboards to catch risks proactively.
- Track data flows and messaging between easyJet, handlers, and external partners.
- Coordinate testing and validation for system upgrades and product enhancements.
- Support airport onboarding for new sites, devices, and third-party suppliers.
Access, Reporting & Collaboration
- Manage user permissions securely in line with compliance standards.
- Build data dashboards to track system trends and review supplier performance.
- Partner closely with Ground Ops, Product Managers, and Regional Delivery teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong background in airport operational processes and baggage ecosystems.
- Familiar with baggage reconciliation, self-service bag drop, and tracking tools.
- Excellent communicator who bridges the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Calm under pressure in fast-paced, live aviation environments.
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and data-driven insights.
Location & Hours of Work
- This full-time role will be based in Luton, operating within a hybrid working model.
- Travel across the airport network and operational locations will be required where necessary.
- Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota for critical operational incidents is required as part of this role.
