Your Expectations

✅ Hybrid flexibility – Engage 2-5 days per week across client sites and our offices in: UK, Ireland, US, Nordics, or Netherlands.

✅ Agile & collaborative work – Solve complex challenges through whiteboarding sessions, client-facing whitepapers, and multisteakeholder communication.

✅ Project diversity – Tackle energy, healthcare, transport, government, and defence sectors across broad tech stacks—no monotonous days!


Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to solve scalable IT/data problems with strategic, user-centric design.
  • Apply the latest Agile practices and capture cross-functional alignment.
  • Adapt to dynamic tech environments, ensuring seamless transition from concept to deployment.
  • Support teams via knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and collaborative up-skilling.

Requirements & Criteria ✅

Essential:

  • Expertise in industrial control and operational technology, including:
    • SCADA, PLCs/RTUs, industrial IoT, OT security, and data networks.
    • Electricity/gas/transport networks, including NIS/ISO/NCSC/NIST standards compliance.
    • Experience in smart energy, civil nuclear, or wider critical infrastructure.
    • Deep understanding of security architecture, risk management, and monitoring frameworks.

⚠️ UK-specific notice:

  • Security clearance: Some roles require:
    • 5+ years continuous UK residency (or British citizenship).
    • Biometric checks, baseline vetting, or National Security clearance.
  • You may proceed only if you meet these prerequisites—UK Government guidelines apply.

Assessment Process ⚖️

  1. Initial call – Chat with our Tech Recruiters about the role.
  2. Round 1 – Choose between competency-based or technical interview (~60 mins).
  3. Round 2 – Funding the 'other' half (technical × competency).
  4. Final round – Mini case study + leadership discussion (focusing on client-centricity).
