What to Expect in Your Day
✔️ Utilize agile best practices while collabs cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders. ✸ Team problem-solving: in-person whiteboard sessions alongside asynchronous discussions via Microsoft Teams. ✔️ Hybrid work model:
- Two days minimum: office/client-site.
- Hours/location subject to role or assignment—higher client engagement may require up to 5 days per week on-site for bespoke projects. ✔️ Embrace our values-driven culture to deepen impact.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

- Security management for industrial control and operational tech systems.
- Process control
- SCADA systems
- Distributed control, PLCs, and RTUs
- Industrial cybersecurity and network architectures
- Implementing Electricity network control strategies
- Security management for industrial control and operational tech systems.
- Tech-savviness with:
- IoT and Industrial IoT implementations
- Cybersecurity risk management, architecture, and security monitoring protocols
- Industry focus:
- Energy grids (generation, transmission, distribution, distributed energy)
- Smart metering and solutions
- Oil & gas
- Water systems
- Civil nuclear facilities
- Transportation (aviation, rail, maritime, road, autonomous vehicles)
- Critical infrastructure
- Relevant industry standards:
- NCSC NIS, CAF
- ISO 27001 & ISO 27005
- NERC CIP
- ISA-99/IEC 62443
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework
