Role Description

The Operational Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for the staff to ensure their continued professional growth and adherence to best practices in care services. Core duties include:
- Conducting training sessions
- Creating training materials
- Evaluating training effectiveness
- Staying updated on industry regulations and procedures
Collaboration with management teams, scheduling training sessions, and supporting employees through their development will also be key aspects of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Yorkshire, with travel across Yorkshire, Oxford, and Bristol required.
Qualifications
- Strong facilitation and teaching skills, with experience creating and delivering training programs
- Ability to design training materials and educational content that aligns with care industry regulations and standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences
- Knowledge of care sector practices, including compliance and operational protocols
- Proficiency in training evaluation techniques and methods
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities to manage multiple training sessions and priorities
- Experience with mentoring and guiding staff to ensure professional development
- Proficiency in using training software and digital tools is a plus
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in training, education, or healthcare are beneficial
