Angove Partners is seeking a motivated Operations professional to join our London team. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organised and efficient individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

We are seeking a highly organised, self-motivated professional with exceptional attention to detail. This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, from supporting day-to-day office functions to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing the employee experience and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires on-site presence five days a week.

Responsibilities Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the London office. Oversee administrative, operational, and logistical functions to support business goals. Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries from clients and vendors. Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, working closely with the leadership team to manage various operational processes. Lead office space improvements, fostering a productive and inspiring work environment. Organise meetings and events, including room bookings. Monitor office expenses and budgets, maintaining accurate records. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to business tools and software. Coordinate the procurement of office supplies, including stationery, equipment, and kitchen provisions such as food and beverages. Foster a positive and inclusive office culture through team-building activities, celebrations, and employee appreciation events. Implement creative and effective incentive programmes to motivate, recognise, and reward employee performance. Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm, positivity, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment. Evaluate the effectiveness of culture-building initiatives and incentive programmes through feedback and key metrics, making adjustments as needed. Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring all employees feel valued, respected, and supported. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience at Angove Partners.

Requirements Experience in an Operations role within a recruitment agency, sales, or a similar environment (preferred). Experience in building and delivering administrative processes in a similar-sized business (preferred). Excellent organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and maintain an organised office environment. An adaptable and resilient approach while balancing multiple projects. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A curious mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills. A humble and empathetic team player willing to roll up their sleeves, take initiative, and get involved. A credible influencer, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office and confidence in using IT systems/software. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
