Strategic Operations Lead — Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) EMEIA

Summary

Imagine what you could do here. At our company, we don’t just build products — we create the kind of wonder that has revolutionised entire industries. It’s the diversity of our people and their ideas that fuels the innovation running through everything we do, from world-class technology to industry-leading environmental efforts.

Inclusion is a shared responsibility here. We work together to foster a culture where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work.

The Worldwide Retail Engagement, Marketing and Merchandising (REMM) organization defines, makes, and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives, and experiences that help our Retail customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about, and go further with our premium products and services — all in a way that stays true to our core values.

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Lead to drive business planning, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness for REMM EMEIA. This role partners closely with regional and worldwide leadership to shape people engagement strategies, future-proof team competencies, and elevate performance across one of our most dynamic global retail regions.

This is a key strategic role within REMM EMEIA, reporting directly into the regional leadership team. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional collaborator equally comfortable in the fine detail of planning as they are in shaping the future of a world-class organization.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Business Management

  • Framework Development: Lead the REMM EMEIA planning framework, cultivating a culture of innovation, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Facilitation: Facilitate major planning forums across EMEIA and Worldwide, including Store Business Planning and Online Promo Planning, ensuring tight integration with Global Retail priorities.
  • Plan of Record (POR): Represent and manage the EMEIA REMM Plan of Record to drive strategic readiness and functional alignment.
  • Leadership Rhythms: Orchestrate leadership operating rhythms — including executive staff meetings, quarterly offsites, manager pulse sessions, and key Global Retail Support (GRS) forums.
  • Resource Optimization: Oversee capacity and resource planning to ensure optimal team allocation against strategic priorities and operational goals.
  • Financial Stewardship: Support leadership through budget reviews and performance tracking, maintaining absolute clarity on priorities and business outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
