Responsibilities
- The Operations Account Manager serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters;
- Builds a trust level and long-lasting relationship throughout purchasing, technical and logistic departments of our customer;
- Understands contract specifications/requirements and follows guidelines as indicated by the DP World customer interface;
- Fully understands the development, administration and technical aspects of the companies finance program within the Account Management department;
- Supports preparation of pricing, cost estimates and all other commercial related documents as part of the quotation response package together with the Senior Account Manager;
- Defends pricing to DP World internal staff and customers;
- Ensures a timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Forecasts and track key account metrics and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly/yearly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
- Understands market needs and explores opportunities over and above current service portfolio;
- Supports Senior Account Manager in quotation processes and presentations for the existing business and new opportunities.
- Identifies all new topics or activities which are not properly covered by existing contracts and agreements. Report them on a weekly basis;
- Raise Change Request Forms (CRF), push for approval and keep a detailed record of all documents. Report them on a weekly basis;
- Support preparation of presentations for weekly and monthly business reviews and present commercial topics during reviews;
- Monitor important contractual KPIs (Productivity, Downtimes, Sales revenue, etc.) and their target fulfillment. Report on a regular basis to Senior Management;
- Reporting to RKAM and GKAM organization.

Requirements
- Fluent in Hungarian and English, German is a big plus
- Bachelor degree or similar is required (Finance, Marketing, Logistics or similar)
- Demonstrated experience in Account Management including the use of pricing templates, cost databases, and other supporting tools
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, services and products in the automotive sector, market specific requirements & procedures and a high sense of urgency
- Ideally a good understanding of production and logistics channel processes and their costs
- Effective interpersonal skills, with proficient oral and written communications across all levels
- Highly customer focused with ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to empathize and understand client viewpoint (read what is on their mind) and requirements and act as their champion within the DP World internal organization
- Ability to interpret data and derive solid conclusions from analysis.
- Possess strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel, & PowerPoint.
- Ability to create structure and organization within a fast-moving environment
- Understanding of Business ethics and culture
- Articulate with an attention to detail
- Able to cope with time pressure and has the flexibility and willingness to see the job through
- Willingness to travel between locations within Hungary when required
