- Salary: £26,227.50 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

About the Role
At Phoenix Health & Safety (part of Wilmington plc), we're seeking a **highly organised Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our Operations Department—a data-driven, customer-facing administrative role delivering health & safety training solutions.
You’ll handle a high volume of tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure all course procedures and policies are followed while providing excellent customer service to students.
As an integral part of a collaborative team, you’ll need to prioritise efficiently, adapt to new systems, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage course administration, including:
- Enrolling delegates onto online accounts
- Registering delegates with awarding bodies
- Processing and submitting course results
- Creating and running client reports
- Ensuring compliance with all course policies and procedures
- Handling student enquiries via phone and email professionally
- Sending certificates within KPI deadlines
- Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks
- Working with little supervision while delivering consistent results

Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrator (or comparable role)
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional organisational skills with spatial attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads, and multitask effectively
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and adaptable in a team of 7
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Full Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency
- Permission to work legally in the UK by employment start date
