The purpose of this role is to support the Operations function by placing new orders, placing repairs, processing credit returns and process the replacement of faulty hearing aid and accessory devices.
We must ensure that all orders and processes are completed efficiently and accurately providing industry leading customer service with a high attention to detail and self managed quality of order placement and processing of orders.
What you will do
- Placing new hearing aid orders into ERP system, scanning and/ or transferring of ear impression files.
- Placing, replacing and dispatching faulty devices for customers, sending faulty devices to relevant global refurbishment and distribution centers.
- Processing customer returns for credit and sending credit returns to relevant global refurbishment centers.
- Pick orders from our local warehouse and dispatch orders to customers. Ensure good warehouse and stock maintenance as well as stock ordering and receipt from relevant suppliers.

What you bring
Experience
- Experience of meeting KPI's on accuracy and efficiency of work
- Strong IT literacy skills with MS Office, ERP Systems and CRM systems
- Desirable Salesforce experience but not essential
Personal competencies
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all internal and external customers
