Salary from £29,110 to £32,468 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £34,107 pa inclusive of London allowance
This is a fixed term appointment to 31 July 2027 and is part-time for 28 hours per week (0.8FTE)

The Operations Administrator is a key front-facing position within LSE Careers, acting as the first point of contact for students, alumni and employers.

- You will deliver a high-quality, responsive and student-centred service, supporting users to access careers support and resolving queries effectively across multiple channels
- You will also support the administration of internship agreements and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes
The role is varied and fast-paced, involving a mix of front-facing service delivery, operational support and administrative tasks, and requires strong communication skills, sound judgement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
