We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Operations Administrator to join our Commercial Operations team. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting several exciting areas of the School, including our brand-new Little Habs Nursery, Habs Activity Camps and our growing Commercial Lettings programme.

About the role
As our Operations Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, providing administrative, financial and customer service support across a number of key areas.
You'll help ensure billing and financial processes are accurate and efficient, support families and commercial customers with enquiries, maintain important records and provide administrative support that enables our operations to run seamlessly.

- Preparing and administering invoices using attendance, booking and funding information.
- Processing nursery funding claims and maintaining accurate funding records.
- Responding to billing and payment enquiries from parents, carers and commercial customers.
- Supporting account reconciliation and monitoring outstanding payments.
- Producing reports relating to fees, utilisation and operational performance.
- Providing a warm, professional and responsive service to families, hirers and visitors.
- Supporting the onboarding of new nursery families and commercial customers.
- Maintaining accurate records, contracts and compliance documentation.
- Preparing correspondence, reports and operational documentation.
- Providing administrative support across the Nursery and Commercial Operations teams.
- Supporting audits, inspections and safeguarding processes where required.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Is confident working with financial information and billing processes.
- Has outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communicates professionally and confidently with a wide range of people.
- Enjoys delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
- Can prioritise competing demands and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Works collaboratively whilst also being able to manage their own workload.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
Previous experience in administration, finance, customer service or education would be advantageous, although we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills.
