Temporary Operations & Administration Support - Fashion Brand

Location: Hammersmith, London
Duration: Approximately two months (with potential to extend)
Start: First week of August
Role: Office based part time

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established international lifestyle and consumer brand for a temporary operations & administration support professional to join their London team.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Managing customer service email enquiries
  • Supporting press and partner communications
  • Processing Shopify orders
  • Coordinating deliveries and returns
  • Updating online product listings
  • Scheduling social media content (when required)
  • Preparing supplier invoices for approval
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Assisting with basic stock management and monitoring low stock levels

Working Pattern:

  • 3 days per week (ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
  • 10:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
  • 21 hours per week

About You:

  • Previous experience in an operations, administration, or office support role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written communication and customer service skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
  • Experience with Shopify as this is critical for the role
  • Able to work independently and manage changing priorities
