Temporary Operations & Administration Support - Fashion Brand
Location: Hammersmith, London
Duration: Approximately two months (with potential to extend)
Start: First week of August
Role: Office based part time
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established international lifestyle and consumer brand for a temporary operations & administration support professional to join their London team.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Managing customer service email enquiries
- Supporting press and partner communications
- Processing Shopify orders
- Coordinating deliveries and returns
- Updating online product listings
- Scheduling social media content (when required)
- Preparing supplier invoices for approval
- Providing general administrative support
- Assisting with basic stock management and monitoring low stock levels
Working Pattern:
- 3 days per week (ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
- 10:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
- 21 hours per week
About You:
- Previous experience in an operations, administration, or office support role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written communication and customer service skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
- Experience with Shopify as this is critical for the role
- Able to work independently and manage changing priorities
