About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to join our Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in business operations, process coordination, and administrative support.
As an Operations Administrator, you will assist with the day-to-day operational activities of the business by coordinating workflows, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting cross-functional teams. This fully remote role offers exposure to business operations and process improvement while providing a strong foundation for career growth in operations and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
- Maintain operational records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording meeting minutes.
- Monitor operational tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
- Assist with data entry, record management, and document control.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
- Respond to internal enquiries and provide administrative assistance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Internship or administrative experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Slack.
- Understanding of business process documentation is a plus.
