Summary Of The Role
Operations Administrator for Heavylift and Transport Projects (Sellafield)
Competitive salary depending on experience
Fixed term 12 month contract - 30 hours per week
Working at the Mammoet office in Haile, Cumbria
Our administrative teams play a critical role in the smooth running of our business. With complex, challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure the right information is available in the right place and at the right time.
Reporting into our Operations Manager, this role will be a fixed term 12 month contract, of 30 hours per week.
Due to the nature of the work, applicants will be preferred who have worked in a previous administrative role at Sellafield or for a contractor

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering administrative and organisational support to aid the smooth running of projects
- Assisting members of staff in administrative tasks to gain entry to site via pass system
- Ensuring information is available in an accurate and timely fashion
- Collecting, maintaining and processing data and documents
- Summarising information that ensures a focus on key points
- Writing and compiling reports to aid in the strong communication of information
What You’ll Need
- Professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite
- Experience with SQEP and P4 pass applications
- Fluent proficiency in English, verbal and written
- Strong communication skills via phone and e-mail
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Experience of using SAP would be preferred
