Operations Administrator - Job Vacancy - Position Filled

We are looking for someone with experience in not only writing quotes up but can look at costs, mark ups and profit.

- Understand and work with quotes whilst dealing with both client and supplier

Key Responsibilities
- Quoting service work
- Quoting additional works, repairs, & hire
- Create Sales quotes
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Research correct parts, current supplier prices and best financial outcome
- Liaise with engineers regarding works, time management and parts requirements
- Machinery order management, track orders, manage project stock
This is a really important role and needs someone who enjoys being part of a team, are organised, always looking on how to improve both the service and the profits.

Package: Attractive salary package available, tailored to experience and industry knowledge.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (lunch 1 hr)
