Operations Administrator - Leicester

Operations Administrator

Location: Leicester Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum

About The Role

Would you like to join a growing company where you’ll be valued and supported every day? Do you want to work within the care industry, where you will make a difference by supporting our frontline staff?

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support our friendly local team across Leicester and Hinckley. This is an office-based role with a wide variety of duties, daily challenges, and regular interaction with both local and regional staff. This isn’t a typical administration role — you will handle confidential information, take minutes for disciplinary meetings, type reports, and maintain the privacy of the people we support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing general administrative duties such as typing, photocopying and managing emails
  • Answering telephone calls and general enquiries to the office
  • Taking minutes of meetings, typing and distributing notes
  • Organising meetings for managers
  • Filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the collation of information for audits alongside the quality team
  • Ensuring confidentiality is respected and upheld in line with GDPR

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
