Role Description

The Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, operational performance, and organizational data to identify opportunities for efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate workflows, monitor key performance indicators, and provide data-driven recommendations that support operational excellence and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and analyzing operational data
  • Developing performance reports and dashboards

  • Evaluating process effectiveness
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges
  • Documenting business requirements
  • Recommending solutions that improve workflow efficiency, resource utilization, and overall business performance
  • Monitoring operational metrics
  • Conducting root cause analysis
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives
  • Assisting with the implementation of operational strategies
  • Helping standardize reporting processes
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Ensuring data quality
  • Supporting business planning and decision-making through meaningful analysis and actionable insights
  • Coordinating cross-functional projects
  • Preparing presentations for management
  • Identifying operational risks
  • Supporting the development of performance measurement frameworks
  • Contributing to automation initiatives, business process optimization, and continuous improvement programs
  • Evaluating existing procedures
  • Recommending best practices that enhance operational effectiveness

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, process analysis, and operational performance management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful insights.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL, databases, and business intelligence concepts is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles.
  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support business decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement and process optimization.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity when handling business information and operational data.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
