We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our expanding team, where you will be responsible for managing daily processes that support both our team and business stakeholders, while maintaining a customer-first ethos.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline operations for greater efficiency.
- Multitasking and managing workloads across various delivery timelines and deadlines.
- Generating insights and reports for stakeholders at all levels, with practical application of these results.
- Effectively engaging with third parties to achieve successful resolutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in working with large data sets.
- Proficiency in handling large datasets and utilizing analytical tools, such as an intermediate level of Excel.

Working Pattern:
- Hybrid pattern: Tues-Thurs in the office, Monday and Friday at home.
- Standard office hours: 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
