About Founders Capital

Founders Capital is a rapidly scaling, community-powered investment platform giving founders, operators, and investors access to institutional-quality private market opportunities across Europe and the US.

We structure investments on a deal-by-deal basis through SPVs and nominee vehicles, providing access to pre-seed through pre-IPO opportunities. FCA-regulated and expanding across the UK, GCC, and US, we're entering an exciting phase of growth as we scale our operations and platform.

The Role

We're looking for an Operations Analyst to work closely with our Head of Operations across the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is a broad, hands-on role spanning six core areas: deal execution, operations and platform management, compliance and investor onboarding, internal and external support, reporting and data, and legal/documentation coordination. Rather than focusing on one function, you'll work across all six: supporting investment transactions, maintaining operational processes, coordinating documentation, assisting with compliance and KYC, responding to investor and internal requests, and helping improve the systems that keep the business running.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership of tasks

  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • A genuine interest in startups, venture capital, private markets, and investing
  • Experience with Airtable, Softr, Make, or similar workflow tools is a plus, but not required.
