Operations Analyst – Tech Enablement & Execution

Location: Remote, UK
Employment Type: Permanent

Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Analyst to join a growing technology function within the insurance sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to build experience across technology operations, governance, project delivery, and business support.

Working closely with senior technology leaders, you will help coordinate governance activities, support operational processes, maintain reporting and dashboards, and ensure key actions are delivered. You'll gain exposure to technology delivery, financial planning, change governance, and leadership operations while helping to improve operational efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Tech Enablement and Execution function.
  • Coordinate activities across portfolio management, SDLC governance, and release management.
  • Maintain delivery plans, resource tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and action logs for governance and leadership meetings.
  • Track key initiatives, risks, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
  • Support technology budget reporting, forecasting, and variance tracking.
  • Maintain dashboards, documentation, and shared repositories.
  • Assist with governance processes, quality assurance, and audit documentation, including SOC and ITGC compliance.
  • Work with PMO, SDLC, and Release Management teams to ensure delivery milestones remain on track.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications, leadership updates, and presentations.
  • Provide operational support to the Head of Tech Enablement and the wider leadership team.
  • Act as a central coordination point across technology teams to ensure priorities are delivered efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
