Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support business operations, improve processes, and provide data-driven insights that enhance organizational efficiency and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational data, monitoring business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives that optimize daily operations.

The Operations Analyst will evaluate operational workflows, develop performance reports, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and resource utilization. This role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to translate complex operational information into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and analyzing operational data

The Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with operations teams, business stakeholders, finance, technology teams, and management to support effective decision-making and operational excellence. Responsibilities include analyzing trends, developing recommendations, supporting operational planning, improving reporting processes, and ensuring that business activities align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, process analysis, performance measurement, and operational improvement principles.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, reporting tools, data visualization platforms, and business analysis software.
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques, workflow optimization, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to create reports, dashboards, presentations, and operational performance summaries.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support business initiatives.
  • Understanding of project management principles, operational planning, and business process documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, operational excellence, and improving business performance.
  • Strong professional attitude, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
