Operations Analyst
Operations Analyst – OTC Trading & Clearing
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support their OTC Trading and Clearing functions. This client-facing role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in:
- Client onboarding
- Payment processing
- Ongoing client support
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders across multiple departments
Key Responsibilities
- Manage KYC and client onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Process and reconcile client payments efficiently and accurately
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, delivering a high standard of service
- Support the day-to-day operations of OTC Trading and Clearing
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
- Work closely with key stakeholders in Compliance, Trading, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
- Monitor workflows and ensure tasks are completed within tight deadlines
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and client experience

Desirable (Not Essential) Skills
