Operations Analyst - Investment Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
OCR Alpha is partnering with a well-established investment manager as they look to hire an Operations Analyst into their London office on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
The firm has over $10bn AUM and a strong reputation within the market, combining institutional infrastructure with a collaborative and team-oriented culture. This is a broad operations opportunity offering exposure across fund operations, trade support, reconciliations, reporting and wider operational processes within a high-quality investment environment.
The role will involve working closely with Trading, Portfolio Managers, Finance, Compliance and external counterparties, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the platform across multiple products and asset classes.

Responsibilities will include: Supporting core operational and middle office processes across the investment platform Monitoring daily workflows, reconciliations and exceptions management Assisting with reporting, oversight and operational controls Investigating and resolving operational queries and issues Liaising with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers

The ideal candidate will have: Prior experience within investment operations, middle office or fund administration A good understanding of the trade lifecycle and investment operations processes Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
