About UNION
UNION is a leading managed office provider. We handle everything that makes an office work: fit-out, maintenance, health and safety, internet and network, housekeeping and evening cleaning.
Our clients are high-growth businesses in leased offices, typically 2,000 to 20,000 sq ft, that want a workspace that runs efficiently without having to manage it themselves.
We’re a lean and experienced team, growing fast, and we hold ourselves to an extremely high standard.
The Role
This is a high impact role that makes our commitments real. You'll manage a portfolio of clients; running the day-to-day scheduling and tracking, while also stepping back to ensure clients are genuinely happy; whether this is through calls, meetings or coffees.
The pace is quick. You’ll move from proactive compliance items to internet issues to reactive faults, handling each calmly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Scheduling of compliance tests and remedials (e.g. Emergency Light Testing, Water Risk Assessments, HVAC Servicing).
- Scheduling of Health and Safety Risk Assessments and reviewing Reports; understanding the requirements, flagging these to clients and monitoring actions required by Landlords, Clients or UNION.
- Managing reactive issues. You’ll be the first point of contact when there’s a fault. You’ll assess the issue, work with the maintenance team, review the jobsheets on completion, and explain the outcome to clients in plain terms.
- Build relationships with suppliers, working together to strengthen partnerships.
- Keep all tickets and tasks live and up to date on our platform, your everyday go-to.
- Build client relationships. You’ll be the key contact for a number of clients, managing your own diary of check-ins, feeding client sentiment back to the team, and making recommendations specific to each client.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
