Operations and Digital Systems Manager
MIMAH Limited · Richmond, London · Full-time · On-site · £54,700 per year
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and administering the business systems the company runs on, and for coordinating our UK solar project pipeline day to day. The systems you build and maintain are the systems through which projects are quoted, documented, monitored, and reported to clients and funders. You will report directly to the Director and work with our commercial, engineering, and installation teams in the UK and overseas.
What You Will Do
- Administer, configure, and develop our ERP and CRM platform, including workflow design, user management, reporting, data governance, and document management integration
- Design and maintain automated workflows for tender preparation, bid document review, project reporting, and compliance documentation, including our AI-supported tendering tooling
- Carry out systems administration of our hosted applications and deployment environments
- Develop and operate remote monitoring and performance reporting for installed solar projects, producing verified output reports for clients and funders
- Manage the UK project pipeline from enquiry through quotation, delivery, and handover
- Prepare and submit DNO notifications and applications (G98 and G99) and track them to completion
- Maintain MCS compliance records, installation documentation, and quality management records
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors supporting UK delivery
- Train and support staff across our UK and international operations in the use of our systems

What We Are Looking For
- Degree in computer science or a closely related field
- Demonstrable experience building, deploying, and administering business systems in a commercial environment, including ERP or CRM platforms
- Practical experience applying automation or AI tooling to business workflows such as document processing, tendering, or reporting
- Experience supporting project delivery or operations in an engineering, construction, or energy business
- Strong written English and the ability to produce accurate compliance documentation and management reports
- Right to work in the UK, or eligibility for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route

Nice to Have
- Experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly solar PV delivery or reporting
- Familiarity with UK grid connection processes (G98/G99) and MCS documentation
- Experience working with internationally distributed teams or institutional clients such as NGOs or development agencies
