Job Description
Role: [Consultant / Senior Consultant] in Operations and Improvement (Hybrid working, London Victoria office-based)*

- Operational effectiveness & efficiency through Lean and Six Sigma
- Process optimisation in financial services back, middle, and front-office environments

- Change and implementation management
- Training development and delivery, aligning with leadership’s aspirations

Additionally, you’ll be expected to:
- Facilitate workshops and provide evidence-based stakeholder insights
- Navigate complex and high-level stakeholder relationships with clarity and influence
- Troubleshoot tough operational challenges, leveraging creativity and ingenuity
- Ensure sustained impact by embedding solutions that last
Key Requirements
Must-Have Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in operational improvement across front, middle, and back-office services
- Proven track record of leading large assignments and cross-functional teams
- Focus: financial sector (preferred), but transferable financial experience considered
- Ability to realise business benefits – deliver on promisin ON time, ON budget
- Deployment of cutting-edge techniques such as:
- Digital transformation, cost management & change leadership
- Leadership in lean or lean-6sigma (including black belt certifications a plus)
- Influence agility— confident collaborating at all organisational levels
Soft Skills & Drive
- Personal and professional ambition— ambition fuels career growth
- Relationship-building skills: internal and external teams synchronize'd
- Client focus and adaptability – we aim for the highest service standards
- Prior consultancy experience (internal/external) • hardly desirable
