2-Year Graduate Programme (Rotational) – CH&CO

About the Programme

Our Graduate Rotational Programme is designed to accelerate your career in hospitality and workplace services, providing real-world experience from day one.

Location: London (site-based rotations) Working Pattern: Primarily Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30, with some evening and weekend commitments required. Rotations: Gain hands-on experience across multiple sites, roles, and services.

You’ll take on meaningful responsibilities, working alongside frontline teams to support live operations, events, client relationships, and exceptional service delivery.


Roles Available

We are hiring for four graduates across two key areas:

  • 3 x Operations Graduates Focus: Service delivery, events, and client experience

Your Responsibilities (Not a spectator role!)

You’ll dive straight into the action, with a mix of hands-on tasks and leadership opportunities:

  • Support and lead daily hospitality operations
  • Assist in planning, executing, and managing events to create unforgettable workplace experiences
  • Build strong client and customer relationships to exceed expectations
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Tackle real workplace challenges in fast-paced, dynamic environments

This is a programme where you’ll be in the thick of things—gaining skills, building confidence, and contributing meaningfully.
