Company Description Kronospan is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our MDF and Particleboard teams as Operations Apprentices.
Kronospan has around 15,000 employees across more than 40 manufacturing sites worldwide. As an expanding family business in a dynamic environment, our people are the key to our success.
In order to continue our success we are now looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Operations Apprentice. This is your chance to gain valuable hands-on experience alongside your academic qualification, whilst learning from industry professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Job Description Assist with various production tasks, learning the process from start to finish. Learn the principles of efficient production processes and equipment operation. Develop strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Build teamwork and communication skills while working alongside experienced professionals. Gain exposure to different aspects of the production cycle, from raw materials to finished products. The successful candidates will undertake an apprenticeship programme, undertaking a BTEC Level 3 qualification in engineering, along with a Level 3 NVQ in Process Industry Operations via the local college. Qualifications A minimum 5 A-C grades at GCSE, including Math's, English and Science. A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
