About the Role
As an Operations Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring our members feel safe and have an outstanding experience, seven days a week
- Supporting across various departments with activities such as:
- Cleaning
- Opening and closing tasks
- Greeting members
- Providing support to teams in a flexible capacity

Requirements and Qualities
We seek an enthusiastic Operations Assistant who embodies these qualities:
- An overall passion for customer service
- Strong teamworking skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role
