About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our London office. Working closely with the Operations Manager and the wider London team, this is a varied role that combines operational, administrative, and marketing support. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment. This is a full-time, in-office position.

We are based on High Holborn, near Holborn station. The office is a great space to work closely with the team (and to enjoy lunches and post-work drinks). We do not insist on full-time “in office” work, but we do encourage people to be in regularly to work closely with one another. We will not consider remote-only applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day office and operational administration.
  • Co-ordinate internal and external events, including: team socials, client events, training sessions, and photoshoots.
  • Assist with operational projects, including process improvements.
  • Support onboarding tasks.
  • Assist with workplace and office improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and format pitch documents, presentations, and other business development materials.
  • Assist with legal directory submissions, and related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, including business development activities and marketing databases.
  • Provide flexible ad hoc operations and marketing support as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • A positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
