About the Role
This multi-skilled Operations Assistant role supports our clubs and departments by enhancing member satisfaction through daily operations, including:
- Assisting with cleaning, opening, and closing procedures
- Welcoming members, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Supporting teams across all areas of the club—whatever the need
- Playing a crucial role in ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
