Operations Assistant

About the Role
As an Operations Assistant, your role will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. This role will support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams wherever needed.

About You
As an Operations Assistant, we are looking for someone who:
- Has an overall passion for customer service.
- A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.
