As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-focused, and eager to play an important part in supporting our people, processes, and customers.
As an Operations Assistant, you will be a valued member of the operations team, helping to keep our systems, processes, and day-to-day activity running smoothly. This is a varied role where you will work closely with sales and operations colleagues, support contractor onboarding and compliance, and contribute to the continued growth of the Masentó brand.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide day-to-day CRM support using Bullhorn
- Help maintain accurate CRM data and produce useful reports
- Run analytics to support better decision-making
- Support a smooth onboarding experience for contractors
- Act as the first point of contact for sales team queries and train new starters
- Coordinate contractor onboarding and process monthly timesheets in our timesheet system
- Support contract and compliance processes, helping to keep everything moving efficiently
- Support LinkedIn marketing initiatives and company branding, to maintain a consistent and professional company image across marketing materials
- Assist with the creation of internal and external presentations
- Champion the adoption of AI tools and emerging technologies, while identifying opportunities to improve productivity and streamline workflows

What we’re looking for
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and Canva
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, positive, and happy to get involved across different areas of the business
- Previous experience in a recruitment company or an Operations Assistant or similar role would be an advantage
