Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dartford/Ashford for an Operations Assistant. The Operations Assistant will support daily operational activities to ensure smooth functionality of the company’s logistics services. Responsibilities include:
- Coordination of schedules
- Managing operational workflows
- Providing customer service
- Assisting with inventory management
- Analyzing data for decision-making
- Maintaining consistent communication with team members and clients to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (training provided)
- Experience in logistics is helpful but not required
- Turkish speaking required
