Operations Assistant
Operations Assistant – Premium Health and Wellness Group

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Operations Assistant to join our team across Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group.
As an Operations Assistant, your role will be to support our members daily (7 days a week) and help ensure:
- Every visitor feels safe and has an excellent experience
- Departments across the club are streamlined with:
- Cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Opening/closing procedures
- Welcoming and greeting members
- Cross-team support wherever needed

Key Responsibilities
Support multi-department operations, including:
- Daily maintenance (cleaning, facility upkeep)

- Member engagement (greetings, guiding, problem-solving)
- Event and class coordination assistance (depending on demand)
- Flexible and on-call availability to meet 7-day club needs

About You
