Operations Assistant – Our Team’s Heart
Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is looking for a **passionate Operations Assistant to become the ambassador for an exceptional member experience seven days a week!
Key Responsibilities
Support our team to ensure members feel safe and valued, upholding a seamless experience through tasks including:
- Club operations: Assisting with cleaning, opening and closing procedures, welcoming members, and providing cross-departmental support as required.

About You
We’re looking for an Operations Assistant with the following:
✔ A genuine passion for customer service—our members come first! ✔ A team player with stellar communication and collaboration skills. ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Strong preferences (preferred but not essential) for an Emergency Response Qualification.
