Location: Peckham, London Salary: £26,695.08 per annum + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Role Overview
As a Branch Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping the Peckham branch running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day operations and business administration.
- Serve customers at the trade counter by:
- Providing tailored advice
- Sharing product knowledge
- Warehouse duties, including:
- Counter picking, booking, and putting away stock
- Processing customer orders
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, including:
- Addressing queries professionally
- Processing sales efficiently
- General warehouse tasks:
- Handling goods in and out
- Arranging merchandising displays

This is a full-time position, with a standardised hours schedule: 40 hours per week (typically 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday).
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse role (essential)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn and engage with any training opportunities provided
