Are you passionate about shaping the next generation through fun, fitness, and creativity? As Europe’s premier health and wellness provider, we’re excited to welcome a DL Kids Coach to join our dedicated team and lead inspiring sessions for children aged 3–12.
About the Role
Are you a qualified or learing childcare professional, coach, or educator with a genuine passion for engaging young minds? We’re seeking an energetic and committed DL Kids Coach to facilitate:
- Sports & games (after school and weekends)
- Shooting activities & art sessions
- Holiday club programmes (enriching camps for diverse sports, creativity, and health)
Your role will involve:
- Hosting dynamic sessions tailored to age groups (3–6, 6–9, 9–12)
- Fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Developing physical, social, and creative skills in children
- Supporting team culture through mentorship and collaboration

Hours: Part-time minimum of 8+ hours/week (with flexibility for weekends and holidays).

Required Qualifications & Experience
You must:
- Be 17+ years old
- Be working towards a recognised childcare, teaching, or coaching qualification (e.g. NCTJ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in working with children in similar environments (e.g., after school clubs, holiday camps, or youth coaching)
- Show genuine passion for engaging kids responsibly in sports, creativity, and teamwork
