Operations Assistant - DL Kids Fixed Term
DL Kids Coach – Joining Europe’s Leading Premium Health & Wellness Group
Europe’s leading premium health & wellness group is looking for a passionate DL Kids Coach to join their growing team.
About the Role
As a qualified DL Kids Coach, you will host fun, engaging activities with members aged 3–12 years old, including:
- Games & sporting activities (after school and on weekends)
- Art sessions
- Holiday club programmes—offering sport camps during school breaks for young members
Hours will vary but there’s a minimum of 8 hours per week. We serve as more than just a Club: we’re your team, and we create an environment where everyone feels empowered to thrive physically and mentally and fulfil their potential.

About You
The ideal candidate is:
- Aged 17 or older, with a strong interest in childcare, coaching, or teaching
- Working towards or qualified in childcare, coaching (or a related field)
- Previous experience in a similar role (nurturing engagement among children)
- A genuine passion for working with young individuals and helping them explore their potential
- A belief in belonging, inclusion, and growth for children of all backgrounds

Salary: £13.70 per hour (subject to standard wage laws).
