Role Description

The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting daily business operations by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining operational records, and assisting with process execution to ensure efficient workflow across the organization. This role involves organizing documentation, monitoring operational activities, coordinating with internal teams, and providing administrative support to facilitate smooth business operations.

The Operations Assistant collaborates with cross-functional departments to support operational planning, process improvement, and routine business activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining operational documentation
  • Tracking tasks and schedules
  • Preparing reports
  • Coordinating communications
  • Managing data and records
  • Assisting with the implementation of operational procedures and internal processes

  • Proficiency in office productivity software, spreadsheets, databases, and document management systems.
