Operations Assistant - F&B
Food and Beverage Assistant – Kensington

About the Role
The Club Room is the hub of our clubs, where members expect quality healthy meals and outstanding service in a comfortable environment—ideal for working, relaxing, or socialising with friends and family.
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our members receive excellent service every day, 7 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Delivering quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment
- Upholding high standards of customer care
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive atmosphere where members feel valued
- Supporting the full potential development of both team members and club services

About You
We’re looking for someone who embodies these values:
- A natural team player, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about engaging with members and exceeding expectations
- Strong listening and collaboration skills
- Previous hospitality experience (desirable but not mandatory)
- An emergency response qualification (desirable but not essential)
