Operations Associate (OA) – Full-Time

Overview Gopuff is hiring Full-Time Operations Associates (OAs) to join our fast-paced team. Reporting directly to the Site Leader, this role is crucial to our daily operations—demanding drive, adaptability, and a passionate approach to responsibilities like picking, packing, receiving, and collaborating with delivery riders.
Everyday, customers rely on Gopuff for essentials 24/7, rain or snow. We’re building a team of thinkers, innovators, and bold individuals committed to redefining retail convenience—plus, it’s always a plus if you love a snack or two along the way.
Your Challenges & Responsibilities
- Execute picking and packing for same-day customer delivery
- Receive incoming vendor shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies
- Manage inventory—decommission canceled orders and reset shelving/warehouse organization
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and compliant with FIFO (First In, First Out) policies for minimizing waste
- Handle customer touchpoints for substitute products, stockouts, or ordered items discrepancies

Requirements & Expectations
✅ Must be: At least 18 years old
✅ Preferred (but not mandatory): Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments
✅ Be flexible: Schedule varies—8am to 6am, with higher availability needed during peak times (5pm–2am)
✅ Tech-savvy: Able to navigate Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs)
✅ Physically capable: Lift, carry, and move items up to 20 lbs repetitive—gap-and-go style
