Operations Associate - UK/EU & North America
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our merchandising, eCommerce, wholesale, and supply chain functions for the UK and Europe (UK/EU) business, while providing operational support for North America as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, keen to learn, and interested in building a career in retail merchandising, eCommerce, and commercial operations.
Reporting into the Merchandising Manager and working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple regions, you will help ensure accurate product information, inventory coordination, order fulfilment, and merchandise planning to support the smooth execution of our commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandising Support
- Assist the merchandising manager with product assortment planning and seasonal launches.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment planning.
- Prepare merchandising reports on sales performance, stock availability, sell-through, and product performance.
- Support markdown, promotional, and pricing activities.
- Coordinate with operations, and eCommerce teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Assist in analysing sales trends and competitor analysis to support trading decisions.
- Monitor stock transfers and inventory allocation across warehouses, and online channels.

eCommerce Administration
- Support the daily operations of eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Assist with product listings, content updates, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on online sales and operational performance.
Wholesale & Marketplace Operations
- Process wholesale purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate order confirmations, shipment schedules, and delivery updates with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate wholesale customer records and documentation.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to organise B2B order processing.
- Assist in promptly resolving order discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Support with wholesale customer service across invoicing, communications, and liaising with HQ in Singapore.
- Manage style assortment and product details for marketplaces.
- Track and analyse marketplace sales performance and style assortment on weekly basis, providing action suggestions.

Requirements
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable learning ERP, OMS, WMS, SAP, merchandising, and eCommerce systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, merchandising, eCommerce, logistics, or supply chain.
- Basic understanding of merchandise planning, inventory management, and retail operations.
- Familiarity with retail systems and online marketplaces is an advantage.
