Operations Associate
Operations Associate (OA)
Overview
Gopuff is looking for full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join our operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge.
You’ll fulfil a host of warehouse responsibilities, including:
- Picking and packing items
- Receiving product
- Ensuring efficient collaboration with delivery riders
Customers rely on us for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We’re assembling a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk takers ready to help reshape retail faster than ever. Bonus points if you love snacks.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
- Receive product from vendors, verify purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies
- Handle inventory management—re-shelving of cancelled orders
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation
- ** Manage waste and spoilage** through strict FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance
- Inquire with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Preferred experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments (not mandatory)
- Flexible availability—able to work during peak hours (5pm – 2am)
- Strong working knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite)
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs repetitively
