Operations Associate (OA) – Full-Time
About the Role
Gopuff is hiring full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join our dynamic operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play a crucial role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations by performing key tasks including picking, packing, receiving product, and supporting our delivery riders.
We’re looking for driven individuals with perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm—the kind of people who thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. If you enjoy making things happen and bringing convenience to customers in ways traditional retail can’t, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items for prompt dispatch to customers
- Receive product from vendors, verify counts against purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies
- Manage inventory control and re-shelve canceled orders
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Monitor and comply with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices, minimizing waste and spoilage
- Communicate with customers about substitutions or out-of-stock items

Requirements
You’ll check all the boxes if you:
- Are 18 years or older
- Have experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse setting (preferred but not required)
- Can rotate on a fluid schedule and work peak hours (5pm – 2am)
- Have basic familiarity with web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite)
- Are capable of lifting up to 20lbs repetitively
